"I AM" Calling to You

Everywhere you turn these days is a cause for concern, both in the nation and around the world: the persecuted church and the terrible attack on Coptic Christians in Egypt by ISIS and throughout the Middle East, the controversy and division over President Trump's election and decisions, immigration polices, the job market, the rise of addiction and the grip it has on our youth, as well as our own personal issues. How is one to survive in these times and have wisdom in making decisions?

Those of us who are Christians are fortunate to have the Word of God to guide us, but we need the Holy Spirit to make that Word alive in us. We cannot do this effectively without a deep, abiding relationship with God that comes not only from reading the Word of God, but listening to the voice of God. Yet we do not want to be led away and deceived by the many false teachers out in the world. We need to cultivate a relationship with God and learn to discern His still, small voice.It is for this reason I wrote, "I AM Calling".  Now available on AMAZON.

"I AM" Calling is a daily devotional that helps to develop a deeper relationship with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. It is a life line of hope for the discouraged and a call to experience God for yourself.  Each page has a short inspiration with a scripture that is spoken from the heart of God to yours. Space is provided for you to journal your own thoughts and insights.

You can rejoice both in difficult circumstances and abundance when you trust your Holy Father to provide for all your needs. “Your paths will drip abundance” even in lean times because your heart will be filled with the fruits of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, self-control, gentleness, faithfulness, and perseverance. These are yours for the taking as you trust Me.When you are tempted in any area, remember to lean on Me in childlike trust, and I will shield you and supply what you lack.

You visit the earth and water it, You greatly enrich it; The river of God is full of water; You provide their grain, For so You have prepared it. (Ps. 65:9)

Soak in the rain. Let it drench you through and through. Bathe in it. It is the rain of My mercy and grace, the rain of My forgiveness and peace. It will wash the dust off your feet and the grime from your body. Clear, refreshing water will quench your parched lips. It will run freely as a river and flow swiftly from My throne. My cleansing rains will release you from the grip of the mundane, where you are stuck in the mud.The weariness of your long, hard journey through the desert places will be washed away. Let My rain soften your heart and your hurt.Let My rains bring growth and swell the blossoms so My Son may cause the desert flower to bloom. It is a beautiful sight when a desert flower blooms in a pale and arid landscape. Be that bloom.
